BLEcker, bluetooth tracker

This is a Bluetooth Low Energy device tracker which can be used as a presence sensor in home automation systems. It observes - thanks for the ESP32 microcontroller - the previously set up devices and reports about the BLE device presence to the home controller. The software is Home Assistant compatible.
